Conduct CV reviews with individuals to support their career aspirations
Planning: Provide insight on skills and capabilities required as well as insight into the analytics, modelling and data integrity required for successful resource deployment
Reporting & Data Insight: Publish regular set metrics, reporting consistently and providing valuable insight to RMs and the business, bringing data to life to support resourcing decisions
Liaise and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders across business line
Resource Optimisation: Implement resource levelling across business line by monitoring supply and demand. Monitor large projects for changing demands and evolving requirements. Optimise resourcing model through governance and allocation of permanent staff, contingent workers and use of GEC in accordance with commercial plans, client need and meeting our employer of choice objectives. Negotiate on skills and grade mix to achieve optimal size and shape of team, taking account of L&D needs, skills gaps, and recruitment plans.
One Team: Work together and support team members to succeed in role and develop and mentor each other with a Grow Perform Succeed mindset
Line manage and develop Resource Planners
Be a trusted advisor for the resource management and development of future resource capabiltiy
Work closely with peers in HR, L&D, Recruitment, Finance and Operations to ensure seemless and joined up end to end service to the business
Stakeholder management: Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the business to build an understanding of business need in the short and longer term. For example (but not limited to)
