Assist customers via phone, email, face‑to‑face, manage quotes, support sales.

Tasks

-develop, maintain and manage relationships across the business -provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools -create and deliver innovative solutions that drive transformation in our business -ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems updated accordingly -interacting with our customers face to face and via phone and email to manage a variety of enquiries -resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience. -preparing and following up customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams -identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
