Tasks

-Collaborate with Procurement to align recipes with supply agreements and maintain company margins -Oversee the creation and maintenance of client options, display items, and recipes in Databuild and ClickHome Tender -Resolve estimating issues and support continuous improvement of systems and processes -Ensure data accuracy and validation across estimating systems -Lead and support the Systems Estimating team to meet productivity targets -Manage the rollout of new products, promotions, and pricing updates across multiple states -Work on exciting product strategies and system development projects -Create and maintain master BOQs and retail pricing for all dwelling types

What You Bring

-High accuracy in bill creation and quantity management -Solid understanding of domestic home construction -Strong skills in plan checking, material take-offs, and formula creation -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines -Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales or production estimating -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills -Experience with Databuild, ClickHome, CanIBuild, and Constructive (preferred)
