  • Oversee CAFM usage, work orders, and reactive maintenance performance.
  • Support service charge management, budgeting insight, and financial reporting.
  • Champion ESG, wellbeing and sustainability standards across the building.
  • Complete regular building inspections, follow up actions, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Oversee all hard and soft FM activities (M&E, fabric, security, cleaning, waste, grounds).
  • Ensure business continuity plans and emergency procedures remain current and well-practised.
  • Enhance tenant satisfaction through service improvements, responsiveness and building community.
  • Handle complaints quickly with a solutions mindset and strong communication.
  • Manage contractors on site, checking quality, behaviours, and adherence to SLA/KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with blue-chip occupiers, understanding their needs and resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance, H&S oversight, and accurate risk management reporting.
  • Work with the onsite Customer Experience Manager to deliver events, activations, and engagement initiatives.

  • A customer-obsessed mindset, you enjoy being front-of-house and creating great tenant experiences.
  • Confidence overseeing FM suppliers, compliance, H&S and building operations.
  • Strong communication and people skills, comfortable with high levels of daily occupier interaction.
  • IWFM Level 4 (or working toward)
  • Proactive, organised, calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in Grade A office or multi-tenanted corporate environments
  • Experience as a Workplace Manager, Building Manager or Assistant Building Manager in a high-performing commercial office environment.
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Be the primary face of the building — visible, approachable, proactive with all occupiers.
