Tasks
-Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. -Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product tech recruitment. -Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future product tech openings. -Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates with a focus on product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles. -Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and technical proficiency. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, including candidate interactions and feedback. -Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. -Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms. -Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies based on market trends and candidate feedback.

What You Bring
-Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases. -Expertise in shaping and executing recruitment strategies for SaaS information products, real estate products, or similar products. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. -Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech or product space. -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college. -Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. -3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles. -Proven track record of commitment and success in previous roles. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
