The Role

Design, implement, and manage employee benefits, compensation, and HRIS programs.

Tasks

-Identify and resolve benefit-related issues using technology and process improvements. -Maintain salary ranges in Workday -Learn and support the annual processing of the short-term and long-term incentive plan calculations and payments. -Analyze the impact of total rewards programs on employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. -Support the design, communication, and administration of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, etc.). -Work closely with HR Business Partners, recruiting teams, and management to ensure competitive and effective total reward strategies. -Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards that provide insights into total reward programs -Interpret/review/update benefits policies and procedures to ensure standardization, legal compliance and improved efficiency. -Lead and support compliance activities including 1095/1094-C, 5500 filings, SARs, non-discrimination testing, and annual audits. -Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to implement system enhancements that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. -Ensure data integrity and support regular audits of HRIS data related to benefits and compensation. -Use system data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend technology-driven solutions. -Serve as a key contributor to the design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday processes related to benefits and compensation (e.g., open enrollment, merit, incentive plans). -Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline benefit operations and ensure legal compliance. -Communicate total rewards information to employees to increase understanding and engagement.

What You Bring

-Family members cannot work in the same department. -Understanding of relevant benefits/compensation regulations -Excellent attention to detail -5+ years of experience in employee benefits. -Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field -Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and see them through to resolution -System thinking -Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues based on the data or available information -Strong desire to learn new areas -Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, or similar platforms is a must -Excellent written and oral communication skills required
