Manage Brisbane & Gold Coast property developer accounts, driving media sales.

Tasks

-Provide world class customer service by efficiently resolving client queries and operational/account issues. -Get to know our key clients' businesses intimately through close collaboration and maintaining strong partnerships. -Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate / Developer space. -Introducing new and featured products that can solve problems and give clients the tools they need to achieve their goals. -Strategise and implement account growth initiatives. -Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and attend customer events / sales meetings. -Work overseas once per year for up to 20 days. -Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle - from first meetings and demonstrations, through to reporting on account performance. -Sell media and advertising solutions across Domain's portfolio of products and put together successful campaigns. -Continually provide feedback on market conditions (e.g. what's the competition up to!?), as well as potential barriers and opportunities.

What You Bring

-Own reliable vehicle, and ability to drive and visit clients across the Brisbane and Gold Coast region. (Car allowance provided) -A background in Marketing, Digital or Print Media. -Digital Media solutions for our Property Developer clients. -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university. -Ability to craft custom product / campaign solutions that address specific client needs. -Confident with public speaking and presenting in person to decision-makers. -Any existing sales experience across the Real Estate, Media, Advertising or Software industries. -Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling, and making technical concepts easy to understand. -Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems or similar.
