What You Bring

-Contractor registration and Certificate of Insurance (including Workers' Compensation) -Authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check -Effective and proactive communication is a must -Understanding the scope of work of the project before you get there and familiarize yourself with the project -5+ years in carpet installation -Expertise across all material types preferred - carpet (must-have), hardwood, LVP, tile, sheet vinyl, laminate, sanding, refinishing, etc. -This position travels to various work locations throughout the week primarily in the Southeastern Massachusetts area -Prior customer service experience -Valid driver’s license, valid vehicle insurance, functioning vehicle and maintain satisfactory driving record -Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner, must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer’s home -At all times, every jobsite requires at least one person who can read, write and communicate in English -The position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing and lifting of up to 75lbs
