Tasks

-Support all disciplines during meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders. -Prepare conceptual, schematic, and construction documents estimates. -Lead pre-bid RFIs and provide constructability and means and methods input. -Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines. -Solicit, scope, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals. -Build estimate summaries and schedules of values.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in quantity takeoff and scope leveling. -3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience. -Experience with Bluebeam and ACC/BIM.
