Tasks

-Collaborate with global training teams to align content and standards. -Support the setup and growth of our new training center in Marietta, GA. -Train the maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe operation of mechanical and electromechanical equipment. -Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness. -Help shape the future of technical training in North America. -Deliver technical training (approx. 30% classroom, 70% hands-on) to internal teams and customers.

What You Bring

-Up to 30% travel annually, mostly within the continental US. -Controls Knowledge Exposure to control systems or industrial software is a plus, though not required. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Technical Background Solid experience in the installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of mechanical or electromechanical equipment—ideally in industrial or automation environments. -Higher travel expected during the first 1–2 years for onboarding and training center development. -Must pass a background check to access secured customer sites. -This position may operate in the secured area of the customer site and may require a security badge. Applicants are required to pass a background check, as provided by applicable state and federal law -Training & Communication Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences. -Must be comfortable delivering a demo lesson as part of the interview process. -Education or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering or 5+ years of hands-on experience as a field service or maintenance technician working with mechanical or electromechanical systems. -Instructional Experience Prior experience delivering technical training, coaching, or mentoring is highly desirable. -Occasional international travel may be required. -Industry Experience Familiarity with conveyor systems, sortation equipment, or similar automated machinery is a strong advantage. -Digital Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with e-learning platforms or digital training tools is a bonus.
