What You Bring
-Knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood area. -Must be sensitive to the needs of older adults. -Must be willing and able to obtain CDL (Commercial Driver's License). -Must possess and maintain a clean DMV driving record. -High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. -Ability to use a client and customer- focused approach to problem solving and goal setting. -Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum 6 months of experience as a bus/van driver. -Must possess a valid and current driver's license for vehicle class driven at time of hire. -Excellent communication skills, patience and the ability to deal with stress and the needs of older adults.
