Tasks

-Administer email and audience management over and under-targeting rules, tag governance, folder structure, custom objects, ongoing clean-up and campaign naming conventions. -Define and continuously refine list segmentation strategies and rules to ensure effective audience targeting and maximize activation of the marketable database. -Lead marketing automation initiatives to drive demand generation and growth using our MarTech ecosystem and multi-channel campaigns. -Optimise email campaigns to drive outstanding click-through rates, resulting in high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and contributing to pipeline growth. -Create and improve campaigns, engagement studio nurtures and automations to feed into personas, lead scoring/grading rules, personalization and audience engagement programs. -Help define, setup and administer systems and governance processes for successful marketing use of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Personalization and Advertising as well as integrations with Salesforce and other tools in the stack. -Partner with marketing and IS teams to drive results, resolve marketing issues and support critical business initiatives. -Lead and/or contribute to projects related to optimization of our MarTech stack, use of A.I. and future innovations. -Scope out new requirements for systems, integrations and process changes that will improve marketing’s effectiveness. Test and rollout new changes to marketing. -Test and manage consent management rules, related lists, and ongoing compliance.

What You Bring

-Personalisation tools, such as Adobe Target or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization -Event and webinar platforms, ideally Eventbrite and ON24 -AI tools and technologies relevant to marketing and automation -Marketing automation and engagement platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Eloqua, Marketo -Excellent presentation skills - confident communicating marketing technology plans and progress to a variety of stakeholders, helping teams understand the business value. -Salesforce certifications in Account Engagement and Sales Cloud are preferred. -Self-motivated and curious, with a strong desire to stay up to date on MarTech and AI trends and best practices. -Adtech platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio -Analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Power BI -Empathetic and culturally aware, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. -Strong problem-solving skills - able to work with incomplete information to design and document effective solutions (“white space” solutioning). -5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), with advanced skills in building and segmenting audiences. -Able to work independently with strong attention to detail, and a flexible, resourceful approach to delivering results. -CRM campaign automations, including building flows within Salesforce CRM -Integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Tibco -Comfortable managing multiple projects across global time zones in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Benefits

-Salary Range dependent upon experience: $93,495- $155,825.00 USD -Wellness Benefit- Regular full-term employees are eligible to participate in the wellness reimbursement program. GHD will reimburse 50% of the cost of the following to maximum of $250.00 reimbursement annually for such items as: Health club membership fees, Home exercise equipment purchases, Bicycles, Race, run & marathon entrance fees, Smoking cessation programs, Weight loss programs (i.e.—Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig), Fitbits and Fitness Tracking devices -401K - Employees are eligible to participate on the first day of the month following 3 months of service -Paid time off – Our PTO benefit is designed to provide eligible employees with a period of rest and relaxation, sick, and personal time throughout the year. PTO starts at 16 days per year and increases with years of service -Holiday Pay - Holiday pay is provided for eligible employees. GHD observes 9 holidays per year. Holiday pay will be based on the regular set schedule for the employee
