Tasks
-Produce insightful reports and dashboards for governance boards. -Maintain benefits realisation plans and monitor performance throughout the project lifecycle. -Collaborate with sponsors and delivery teams to define and prioritise measurable benefits. -Engage senior stakeholders to ensure ownership and accountability for benefit delivery. -Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of benefits frameworks. -Develop benefits maps and profiles aligned with strategic objectives.

What You Bring
-Experience contributing to business cases using the HMT 5-case model. -High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach. -Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI). -Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. -Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. -Experience in benefits management on complex major projects. -Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. -Skilled in benefits mapping, logic modelling, and scenario analysis. -Professional qualification in benefits management (desirable).
