  • Assist in the production of monthly cost reports and forecasts.
  • Builds respectful, trusting and productive relationships with internal, external customers and other stakeholders;
  • Undertaking the efficient and effective management and issuing of accurate, timely and compliant notices and correspondence.
  • Assist in change management and cost control.
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from site and technical teams and ensuring they are adhering to the scope and specifications of the project.
  • Preparation and agreement of applications for payment or the assessment & preparation of payment certificates.
  • Reporting to project teams on progress against programme and budget.
  • Ensuring contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified to the Contract Leader at pricing stage.
  • Contribute to securing opportunities and repeat clients due to the exceptional service delivered.
  • Ensure all health, safety and environmental risk situations are brought to the attention of the senior project manager.
  • React promptly to meet and exceed client requests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience; and
  • Produce pre-contract tender reports.
  • Maintaining registers of variations, delay, extension times and claims.
  • Producing project programmes and disseminating information.
  • Review value management and advise on risk management.
  • Leads and encourages an environment of confidence and respect.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly progress valuations and claims for work completed.
  • Carrying out regular site visits to inspect quality of work and compliance with the plan, where required.
