Tasks
-Supporting complex employee relations matters with guidance from the ER Manager; and -Collaborating with Centres of Excellence to deliver solutions across performance, talent, organisational development, learning, and performance & rewards; -Working with senior leaders to develop people plans that align with business goals; -Leading initiatives that strengthen diversity and inclusion, including programs that celebrate cultural heritage and community; -Using data and insights to improve outcomes for our people. -Providing practical HR advice and coaching on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational effectiveness;

What You Bring
-Experience in HR business partnering; -Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders; and -A proactive, hands-on approach with confidence to make decisions; -Strong communication and relationship-building skills; -Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field;
