Tasks

-Conduct due diligence reviews, compile pricing information, and track project progress from start to finish -Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project delivery -Supervise and support a team of 5 or more staff members, including performance and workload management, and other personnel matters -Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities -Provide quality feedback and coaching to staff. -Review project scope of work and oversee the development and monitoring of schedules, budgets, and staffing forecasts -Provide technical guidance and resolve project-related issues as they arise -Manage the day-to-day operations and overall success of electric transmission and distribution Right of Way projects

What You Bring

-Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems. -Prior experience with creating/maintaining project schedules -Must include experience working on electric transmission and/or distribution projects -Works efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines -Can prioritize and balance multiple tasks -Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills -Minimum seven (7) years of Right of Way experience -Must include a minimum of five (5) years managing projects -Understanding of project financials -Can adapt to new systems and software environments -Has the ability to successfully manage a project team. -Valid Driver’s License -Able to properly delegate to ensure the success of the project. -Thrives in a fast-paced administrative setting -Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Dropbox, and Outlook -Provides strong customer service experience -Has excellent written and verbal communication skills -Is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
