Tasks

-Perform Earned Value Management, including the provision of analysis and management reports to summarize and explain key variances. -Monitor costs against agreed-upon budgets, schedules, and contractual deliverables within and across large, mission-critical projects. -Conduct reviews and audits of non-contract costs, labor and expense reports, and submits adjustments to finance to ensure complete and accurate information. -Conduct ongoing analysis of program risks during execution, working closely with Program Controls to optimize contingency strategies. -Ensure all financial reporting is accurate and timely, supporting effective decision-making and project management. -Manage cost reporting with accurate and timely information on budget, commitments, forecasts, trends, variances, progress, performance, risk and opportunity, contingency, and cash flow. -Monitor the statistical and trend analysis of contracts and their payouts.

What You Bring

-Experience in cost control, financial analysis, risk management and reporting principles and practices in large, complex multibillion-dollar and multi-project construction and infrastructure environments, airport project experience is a strong asset -Proficiency in MS Office and other cost management software tools and applications to document and illustrate cost performance. -Minimum 10 years experience within Cost Management., control, QS or project accounting on large scale projects -Recognized degree in quantity surveying, cost and commercial management, project management, or related relevant field.
