-Lead the preparation and submission of commercial tenders, bids, and proposals. -Write and manage high-quality responses for public and private sector opportunities. -Use your understanding of PV systems, battery storage, and wider renewable technologies to strengthen proposals. -Support and lead on grant applications and funding submissions. -Collaborate with technical, commercial, and delivery teams to produce accurate and engaging content. -Play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, sustainable energy projects. -Maintain and improve proposal templates, tools, and bid libraries.

We’re looking for a Tendering & Proposals Manager to join our marine-focused renewables client in their growing team in London. -Strong writing and communication skills — able to turn complex technical details into persuasive narratives. -Proven experience in tendering, proposals, or bid management within the renewable energy sector. -Organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. -Knowledge of PV modelling and/or battery energy storage systems would be a real advantage.
