-Supporting business operations across the EMEA region, gaining exposure to international HR practices. -Managing cyclical activities such as annual pay reviews, insurance renewals, and bonus processes. -Contributing to regional projects and collaborate with colleagues across Siemens. -Developing the breadth and depth of knowledge needed to become a well-rounded Total Rewards professional.
