Tasks

-Ensure release readiness through regression, sanity, and smoke testing. -Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure release quality. -Contribute to and enhance test automation framework (Playwright). -Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. -Track, analyze, and manage bugs effectively using Jira. -Take end-to-end ownership of testing key product modules — from planning to release. -Design, document, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing. -Lead the QA charter over time: take initiative to improve automation coverage, documentation, and quality metrics. -Help define QA processes and best practices — bringing structure and consistency to testing.

What You Bring

-Exposure to cloud-based SaaS platforms. -Knowledge of Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks. -Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing. -Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes. -Experience in performance or load testing (JMeter, k6). -4–6 years of experience in QA/testing for SaaS or web-based platforms. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. -Own Wizikey’s QA function — manage a small QA team while staying hands-on. -Basic scripting or programming (Python/JavaScript). -Familiarity with API testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.
