Tasks

-Work independently or as part of a team to complete survey tasks on schedule -Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and project documentation -Perform high-accuracy layout, including as-built and topographic surveys -Travel between job sites as required -Collaborate with field crews, engineers, and supervisors to ensure survey accuracy and field efficiency -Operate Trimble S7 Total Stations, TSC7 Controllers with Trimble Access Software, and Topcon GPS equipment with Pocket 3D

What You Bring

-Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) -Proficiency with Trimble S7 and Topcon GPS equipment -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Familiarity with GPS Machine Control systems (Komatsu TOPCON, Dashboard, and Remote) -Ability to maintain precision and accuracy in all survey work -Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with on-site teams -Minimum of 3 years of field surveying experience in construction environments -Strong understanding of construction phases and processes -Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting, design integration, and point management -OSHA 30 Certification
