The Role

Overview

Coordinate ECO4 customer onboarding, admin tasks and liaison with assessors.

Tasks

-Liaising with Retrofit Assessors and internal teams to keep projects moving -Contacting customers to explain the process and gather required information -Providing support across the ECO process -Guiding customers through the full ECO journey, including eligibility and installation types -Handling inbound and outbound customer calls to introduce the ECO4 scheme and convert leads

What You Bring

-Good computer skills, including Word and Excel -Proven administration background, with previous experience of handling customer calls -Knowledge of ECO or other government schemes -Accurate and timely database management -Experience working within GDPR frameworks -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to meet KPIs for calls, contact rates, conversions and installs
