Collaborate with engineering for installation, equipment optimization and workstation improvements.
Document work orders, end-of-shift reports and equipment maintenance.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment (e.g., lubrication, replacement of defective parts, usage checks, etc.).
Analyze, identify and correct recurring problems on the equipment.
Diagnose and repair equipment to ensure proper functioning and reliability.
Payroll processed weekly.
Participate in improvement, automation and robotization projects.
Occasionally perform minor repairs on infrastructure, buildings, or tools.
Disassemble, assemble, and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components of machines.

Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Vocational diploma (DEP) in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, or related field.
Versatility, resourcefulness, strong learning ability and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in French.
Written comprehension of English – reading technical documentation.
Hold a valid driver's license – travel required between our two Laval plants.
Knowledge of automation, robotics, welding and electricity (asset).
