Product Line Scheduling & Competency Leader

Manage scheduling, competency and training of field personnel for well construction services.

Tasks

-Communicating and coordinating with Service Delivery Coordinators and Personnel Logistics teams to ensure competent personnel to the customer worksite. -Identifying opportunities and collaborating with other area’s coordinators for efficient field personnel utilization. -Monitoring and optimizing utilization and effective deployment of field personnel -Monitoring competence, development, progression, and training compliance of all field personnel. -Assigning crew and coordinate mobilization in coordination with the Service Delivery Coordinator and service delivery technical team -Analyzing continuously of activity and competence demands of personnel - short, mid, and long term. -Be able to focus on assessing, developing and managing talent within segment (Drilling Services, Drill Bits & Drilling Fluids) -Preparing detailed personnel resource plan, forecast, and assignments. -Coordinating training and competence assessment for field personnel -Facilitating x-PL / x-Segment personnel training, utilization and optimization.

What You Bring

-Have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in oil and gas industry -Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Service Delivery & Field role in well constructions -Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college -Have strong communications and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders
