Tasks

-Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions within the system. -Coordinate with IT teams for ERP integrations and data synchronization (cost centers, GL accounts, employee data). -Test and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new features. -Generate and analyze expense reports for compliance and cost optimization. -Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for employees and approvers. -Configure and maintain Concur Expense module settings, including expense types, workflows, and audit rules. -Ensure tax compliance (VAT/GST) and manage per diem configurations. -Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, escalating to SAP Concur support when necessary. -Implement and enforce corporate travel and expense policies through system configurations. -Collaborate with finance and audit teams for reporting and policy adherence.

What You Bring

-3years–5 years of experience in SAP Concur Expense administration or similar T&E systems. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field -Proficiency in SAP Concur reporting tools and Microsoft Excel. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. -Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and system integrations. -Strong understanding of travel and expense processes and compliance requirements.
