The CAD/BIM Specialist will play a critical role in developing and managing structural BIM models, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines, and producing high-quality construction documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in structural systems and a proven track record of supporting large-scale projects from concept through construction.

Understanding of relevant building codes and structural detailing practices.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Experience: 8-10 years in CAD/BIM roles within structural engineering firms.
Strong understanding of structural systems and detailing.
Software Expertise:Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structural).Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Standards & Codes:Knowledge of industry BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA protocols).Understanding of relevant building codes and structural detailing practices.
