Tasks

-Utilizes a weekly billing report to reflect who was billed/ amount/ date for the current week and following, Will be combined with General Accounting Specialists -Manages all collections pertaining to PMs projects -Reviews customer contracts for billing processes associated with their PMs projects -Utilizes a weekly Collection report reflecting what has been collected for the current week and what is projected to be collected in the following week. Will be combined with General Accounting Specialists -Is responsible for billing submission, waivers and collections for the PMs they are allocated -Works in tandem with Customers, PM Liaison team, Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable -Manages the Supplier and Subcontractor Waiver Tracker -Generates billing in Vista’s JB progress Billing as per project manager’s instructions -Ensures billing and payment terms are in Vista and terms are honored -Utilizes a bi-weekly retainage report to show what retainage has been released and what has been billed. Will be combined with General Accounting Specialists

Requirements

• bachelors degree
• construction collections
• vista viewpoint
• communication

What You Bring

-Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management is a plus -Experience with construction collections is a huge plus -Experience with an ERP system (Vista Viewpoint is a huge plus) -Excellent communication skills
