Tasks

-Manage estimating, cost planning, and cost analysis for commercial, institutional, and residential projects -Lead client and consultant interactions, ensuring project accountability and effective financial management -Oversee post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and monthly cost report -Support Associate Directors in business development and proposal creation -Identify opportunities for improving cost management procedures and internal systems -Assist in market research and analysis of construction conditions in Canada -Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports for all asset classes across Canada

What You Bring

-4-5 years of MEP Estimating experience (preferably in real Estate) -Membership in a relevant professional organizations (i.e. RICS, CIQS, AACEI). -Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.e. MRICS, PQS, CCP) -A recognized university degree in Construction or a related field
