The Role

Overview

Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software and network issues across NH offices.

Tasks

-Setting up new equipment and installing operating system and application software. -Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of support work performed via, but not limited to, the helpdesk ticketing system. -Perform routine maintenance on computers, monitors, peripherals and digital/IP telephone systems. -Maintaining updated knowledge of software/hardware to assure the proper implementation and service of client workstations -Maintaining of communications with the client/end user base, external and internal suppliers, throughout scheduled and daily support work activities

What You Bring

-Good working knowledge of networking, protocols, structured cabling and associated terminology. -Related experience in a similar technical support / customer facing role within a corporate/professional environment. -Full UK Driving Licence is desirable. -Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems -MCP qualification or relevant experience -Experience of implementing and supporting desktop encryption and end point security such as BitLocker.
