Tasks

The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving group and individual sales targets while ensuring efficient branch operations in alignment with company policies. The role involves leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, managing client transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers across the Hyderabad market. -Handle staff attrition and ensure continuity in performance. -Drive business development through client acquisition and relationship management. -Build a positive team environment and maintain high morale. -Manage performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company standards. -Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets for the Hyderabad team. -Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle including site visits, negotiations, and closures. -Ensure due diligence, documentation accuracy, and client satisfaction throughout the process. -Maintain branch discipline, reporting accuracy, and adherence to company policies. -Promote the company’s service lines and brand in the Hyderabad market. -Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. -Allocate and manage leads to ensure effective conversion. -Oversee forecasting, reporting, and achievement of revenue goals. -Understand client requirements and prepare detailed transaction briefs. -Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and consultants in the Hyderabad region. -Foster professional development and minimize attrition. -Ensure timely invoicing and fee collection. -Monitor branch-level budgets and cost efficiency.

What You Bring

-Analytical and strategic mindset with a results-driven approach. -Proven track record of managing teams and delivering business results. -Strong leadership and team management abilities. -Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. -7–10 years of experience in real estate, consulting, or corporate sales. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple stakeholders. -Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
