Tasks

This is a full-time, hourly, on-site role focused on our vendor and bill payment cycle at Trademark Visual, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ. -Maintain confidentiality of organization information -Prepare & perform weekly check run -Process employee expense reports -Track and update W9s and COIs -Sort, code & match vendor invoices to purchase orders -Maintain vendor records and files -Enter and upload to accounting system -Manage credit card expenses -Research and resolve issues -Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

Requirements

• quickbooks
• microsoft office

• 2+ years

What You Bring

-Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred but not required) -Ability to work effectively in a team environment -Willingness to learn new software -Strong attention to organization, detail and problem-solving abilities -Notary Public required (or ability and willingness to obtain one) -Understanding of vendor payment cycle -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite -Accounting knowledge -Proficiency in financial software and tools (QuickBooks a plus) -2+ years of related experience (manufacturing industry a plus)
