Tasks

-Providing platform announcements and active platform management. -Reporting any safety concerns to the Operation Coordinator. -Assisting with the de-provision and provision of supplies on train arrival and departure. -Operating station machinery and equipment. -Providing exceptional customer service to travelling customers and the local community – this includes assisting with customer luggage. -Working with the team to manage luggage check in and loading procedures.

What You Bring

-The ability to work autonomously but also within a team environment. -A strong work ethic and willingness to go the ‘extra mile’. -Previous cleaning experience -Strong communication skills coupled with a customer focused attitude to ensure a positive experience with customers. -Sound computer skills. -Ability to undertake a variety of manual handling tasks including cleaning and lifting of heavy luggage up to 20 kilograms. -Resilience and ability to self-motivate.
