Tasks

-Support the preparation of project proposals and fee estimates for new business opportunities -Contribute to the development of plant palettes and hardscape selections appropriate for the local climate and project requirements -Collaborate with senior landscape architects and multidisciplinary teams to develop creative and sustainable landscape design solutions for a variety of projects -Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards throughout the design process -Conduct site analyses and environmental assessments to inform design decisions and ensure project feasibility -Participate in client meetings and design presentations, articulating design concepts clearly and professionally -Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and innovative landscaping techniques to incorporate into design solutions -Assist in the preparation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and sustainability goals -Assist in project management tasks, including timeline tracking, budget monitoring, and resource allocation -Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical aspects of landscape design and documentation

-Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and climate-appropriate design solutions -Strong technical skills in landscape design, construction documentation, and project delivery -Experience with site analysis and environmental assessment techniques -Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges -Strong understanding of construction documentation, specifications, and tender processes -Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and client needs -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members -Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred -Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously -Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams -In-depth knowledge of regional landscape practices, plant species, and climate-appropriate design solutions -Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) -Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or design -Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards in Saudi Arabia
