Overview

Manage executive's personal household tasks, errands, and support in Boston/NYC

Tasks

-Liaise with Chefs, Administrative Assistants and additional household staff as needed. -Perform assigned duties in a timely and professional manner. These duties include but are not limited to: household chores including routine home maintenance, running duties and errands, pet-care, assisting principals and house manager. -Anticipate principal’s administrative needs and proactively recommend and execute management of these needs -Prepare simple meals, table service, meetings and support special events setup -Initiate and complete special projects independently, accurately and with sound judgment. -Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA. -Provide access and oversee vendors -Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of vehicles -Conduct all duties in a confidential discreet manner -Provide exemplary client service by demonstrating urgency, thoughtful planning, effective communication, professionalism and partnering with other team members when appropriate.

What You Bring

-Well-organized, possesses excellent time management and communication skills -Ability to diagnose/fix simple problems if they arise, this includes being computer literate. Run preventative equipment checks as needed to limit down time -Available to travel and work flexible schedules including holidays -Mental toughness -Available to work a non-conventional schedule that will include long hours, nights, weekends and holidays. This role will include travel as needed to support the executive. -Valid driver’s license -Valid driver’s license needed for driving principle and running errands -Can consistently demonstrate confidentiality and discretion -Boston or New York City based -3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or event management -Resourceful, efficient, and able to work independently -Flexibility and adaptability -Ability to be proactive and take the initiative -Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and knowledgeable with Apple products
