Tasks
-Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, tailoring communication of plans and progress to a variety of audiences to ensure understanding and alignment. -Innovation & Transformation – Foster a culture of innovation and improvement, embracing digital tools, and contributing to the wider water sector and engineering community. -Health & Safety – Ensure planning supports exceptional safety performance, considering safety and productivity from the earliest design stages and aligning with Anglian Water’s core safety principles. -Programme Communication & Quality – Maintain clear visibility of both portfolio of projects and standalone project progress, advise on priorities, and ensure alignment between plans and cost forecasts. Drive continuous improvement and uphold planning standards. -Planning & Programme Management – Lead the preparation, monitoring, and communication of robust project plans that align with constraints, drive efficiencies, and proactively manage risks and opportunities. Collaborate with the delivery team to maintain resource-loaded, high-quality programmes.

What You Bring
-Experience of NEC programme delivery -P6 experience -Experience of leading collaborative planning processes -Ability to interrogate / take information from drawings and or specifications -Technical knowledge of construction techniques, principles and best practices -Experience of planning of predominantly MEICA works within both Water and Water recycling areas which could include elements of civil and minor building projects, from solution to handover -Demonstrable live construction site experience in a delivery role with a contractor -High level of computer literacy -Engineering and/or Project Management Qualification -Knowledge of current HSE requirements
