What You Bring

-Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes, including NATE certification -Spiff / Bonus program -Dealer training for Trane equipment -High School Diploma or GED -NATE Core & Specialty Certifications desired -EPA Certification -Following directions and being able to work as a team and independently -2 + years of residential HVAC installation experience or a combination of education and experience -NATE Certifications or obtain once employed -Valid driver's license and insurable driving record -Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
