Tasks
-Establishes and maintains governance frameworks, including performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and outcomes. Identify potential risks and issues across programs and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery -Develops and executes change strategies that support adoption of new ways of working, processes, and systems ultimately minimizing disruption and maximizing impact -Defines and tracks KPIs to measure transformation impact, provides regular progress/risk updates to executive leadership, and drives continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices -Leads the coordination and execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and executive priorities -Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders and external partners to drive alignment, foster collaboration, and overcome resistance to change, promoting a culture of innovation and agility

What You Bring
-Proficient in project management methodologies and tools -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications -Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority -Preferred: Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics -Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, MIS or a related field and ten (10) years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Strategy/Consulting, Process Improvement -Preferred: Master’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, MIS or a related field and fifteen (15) years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Strategy/Consulting, Process Improvement with a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience -Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities and excels at leading and inspiring cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
