The Role
Overview
Coordinate warehouse inventory, replenish materials, and liaise between ops and procurement.

Tasks
-Coordinates with Operations to ensure sufficient supply of materials to meet business requirements. -Develops and implements construction replenishment schedules with Operations Manager. -Serves as a liaison between the Procurement Department and Operations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. -Communicates material forecast to Materials Management to assist in procurement planning processes. -Arranges and schedules material movements throughout the warehouse and designated service areas. -Collaborates with business partners in the formulation of solutions for shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies. -Engages Operations in bi-monthly operational planning sessions. -Performs a comprehensive physical inventory count and reconciles the actual count with ERP records to ensure alignment between recorded and tangible inventory. -Manages warehouse inventory and generates purchase requisitions to replenish material.

What You Bring
-Understanding and conceptualization of ERP/MRP systems and their applications. -Possesses robust time management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask. -Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Word. -Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. -Maintains a clean driving record and ability to drive a forklift and company vehicles. -Experience in logistics is advantageous. -High school diploma required, while an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred. -Capable of working independently on assigned tasks while also being receptive to direction on given assignments. -A minimum of one to three years of warehousing experience. -Possesses inventory management and planning skills adaptable to a construction environment. -Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
