Maintenance Supervisor

Tasks

-Maximize equipment uptime and support production efficiency -Maintain accurate documentation of machinery and systems -Daily collaboration with Maintenance Manager, Mechanics, Production, Mold Shop, and Quality Control -Plan and assign preventive maintenance using MES (Hydra) software -Frequent coordination with contractors, service technicians, and suppliers -Ensure compliance with safety protocols and issue Hot Work Permits -Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development -Conduct incident investigations and participate in safety audits -Drive continuous improvement and support cross-shift cooperation -Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with ISO standards -Lead hazard identification and corrective action initiatives -Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate complex problems -Collaborate with HSE to manage contractors and enforce 5S standards -Enforce IPEX’s HSE policies and procedures -Lead and mentor maintenance personnel to meet production and safety goals

What You Bring

-College or University degree (or equivalent) -Strong leadership and motivational skills -Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines -Critical thinking and problem-solving under pressure -Electrician License OR Millwright Certification (required) -5+ years in leadership roles in a manufacturing facility -Experience with plastic injection molding and ISO 9001 (preferred) -PPE provided and required at all times -Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 training (preferred) -Advanced knowledge of industrial electricity, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics -Indoor plant environment with moderate exposure to machinery and noise -Proficiency in MES (Hydra), Microsoft Office, and CMMS systems -Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical activity required -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
