Tasks

-Monitor competitor strategies, product innovations, and pricing trends. -Partner with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to drive category penetration and revenue growth in target channels. -Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and supply chain to meet performance, cost, and delivery goals. -Use data and market insights to proactively adjust portfolio strategy. -Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify unmet needs, emerging technologies, and high-value opportunities. -Translate customer and market insights into differentiated product value propositions. -Build channel-specific programs to accelerate adoption of new products and expand share with strategic accounts. -Own the full product lifecycle – from concept to commercialization – ensuring profitability, market relevance, and competitive advantage. -Lead pricing strategy development to maximize competitiveness and profitability. -Manage a robust pipeline of innovations and enhancements, ensuring timely, market-ready launches. -Develop and execute a market-driven product strategy and 3-year roadmap aligned to growth in electrical distribution, OEM, and retail channels.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated success driving product growth in electrical distribution, Retail, and OEM channels preferred. -Respectful and team oriented -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required -5+ years of product management or commercial marketing experience preferably in the electrical industry or related technical markets. -Innovative & adaptable -Ability to travel up to 25%.
