Overview

Lead marketing initiatives, proposals, and brand strategy for Flintco's Denver office.

Tasks

-Manages submissions of award applications and surveys. -Coordinates with Marketing Director to identify departmental improvement areas. Assists with execution of resulting improvement plans. -Assists in maintenance of employee resume files. -Assists in training of new members of the marketing department. -Independently manages the completion of pursuits including prequalification questionnaires, proposals and client presentations. -Manages development of press releases and creation of advertising concepts, supervising approval and distribution of same. -Develops strategy and messaging for pursuits and marketing materials. -Gathers, organizes and compiles project experience for use in project profiles for proposals, CRM and the website. -Coordinates with Marketing Director and the Director of Project Development to provide marketing support of sales/business development efforts for the Denver office and national marketing team. -May be required to work long hours for extended periods of time. -Assists in strategy development for social media and other marketing materials. -Maintains historical project data in Client Relationship Management (CRM) database. -While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. -Provides writing for the corporate website, intranet and other marketing collateral materials. -Independently performs focused industry research.

-The employee is occasionally required to sit and smell. -The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. -Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. -NOTE – Where allowed, employees who work in positions classified as “safety-sensitive” can be disciplined if they test positive for marijuana or its metabolites, even if they have a valid state medical marijuana license. In addition, Flintco may also refuse to hire applicants for safety-sensitive jobs who test positive for marijuana as part of a pre-employment drug test, even if those applicants can produce a valid medical marijuana patient license. -Occasionally, especially when managing multiple projects and during problematic opening and/or closing phases of projects, mental stress can be taxing.
