Build & Inspire High-Performing Teams As a key member of the executive team, you’ll lead the charge in aligning cutting-edge technology solutions with bold business goals—empowering teams, optimizing systems, and driving enterprise-wide change. If you're passionate about harnessing technology to unlock innovation and efficiency, this is your moment. -Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT roadmap that scales with the business and enables innovation. -Be a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating complex technology into actionable insights. -Mentor and develop talent, fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performance culture. -Oversee CRM, ERP, and business applications—ensuring optimal performance and alignment. -Champion a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement. -Lead a best-in-class IT organization—including internal teams and third-party vendors. -Partner across departments to embed technology in the heart of operations, marketing, sales, and finance. -Oversee enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital operations. -Ensure system security, IT compliance, and governance across the enterprise. -Drive the integration of AI and machine learning across systems to enhance automation and data intelligence. -Lead enterprise-wide analytics and dashboarding to empower data-driven decision-making. -Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and key technology initiatives to ensure operational excellence.

What You Bring

Power Business Intelligence & Automation -10–15 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 8 years in leadership roles. -A passion for innovation—and the ability to lead teams through change with confidence and clarity. -Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data architecture, and IT service management. -Proven track record of leading enterprise-level IT strategy and large-scale digital transformation. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -Experience managing Microsoft 365 enterprise-wide implementations including Copilot, Planner, and cloud apps.
