Overview

Oversee architectural standards, QA/QC, coordination, and mentorship on projects.

Tasks

-Review of current IFC package. -Orchestrate seamless coordination between various disciplines involved in the project, ensuring cohesive integration of all architectural elements. -Carry out QA/QC for the current status of drawings in conjunction to the Architectural specification and highlight and list out any shortcoming, discrepancies, scope gaps etc., for the Architectural Package. -Implement and oversee the Assurance system with utmost diligence, in strict accordance with project requirements and industry best practices. -Provide authoritative leadership and expert mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development. -Review and advise on the specific details of handrails, corridors, staircase, fire escape routes, etc., and carry out study for the constructability / buildability / practicality on the Architectural aspects of the project in compliance to Statutory Authority requirements / regulations. -Review and advise on all the interfacing details and ensure that it is provided in conjunction to Façade, landscape, ID, external areas etc., -Review and advise on the Lifts and VT details and compliances with interfacing study from ID finishes and coordination perspective. -Review and advise on the finish / requirements of all external Architectural fixtures in conjunction to the specification of the project. -Review and ensure that all Front of House areas, Common areas, Back of House areas, Service rooms, etc., details (floor finish, wall finish, ceiling details, etc.,) are provided and in compliance to the project requirements. Advise and highlight for any additional information, detail or discrepancy and ensure its compliance. -Ensure that all standard details are provided and advise for any additional details for the better understanding and constructability. -Review and advise on the Architectural package in coordination to the MEP services and its final fix. -Review and advise on the Parking strategy, coordination with MEP services and compliance of Statutory Authority requirements. -Review and advise on the Acoustic and lighting specialist requirements / compliances of the project. -Conduct thorough reviews and rigorous monitoring of construction-related architectural submissions, with a primary focus on ensuring strict adherence to project specifications. -Review the Architectural plans, elevations, sectional drawings, details etc., and ensure its completeness / compliance as per project requirements. -Review and advise on the soft and hard landscape, swimming pools and related architectural / ID details and coordination as per project requirements.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, with the ability to utilize these tools at an expert level -Demonstrated history of successful project scheduling and resource management using industry-standard software -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders -Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of architectural integrity -Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of all finishing tasks, including but not limited to painting, tiling, gypsum board installation, aluminium works, and woodworking -Proven track record in architectural project management, with a focus on finishing tasks and quality control -Minimum 10 years of Consultancy experience -Thorough understanding and practical experience with scheduling software
