Tasks

-Provide guidance and support to internal teams on procurement best practices, risk mitigation, and supplier relationship management. -Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders across departments and geographies, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs. -Collaborate cross-functionally to support major initiatives and projects, with opportunities to contribute based on experience and expertise. -Lead the negotiation and establishment of contracts, including frame agreements, with indirect suppliers and service providers across multiple categories. -Manage end-to-end procurement processes—from sourcing to payment—ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). -Drive procurement standardization and optimization across global operations, with a base in Canada and a scope that spans international sites.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, with a strong track record of delivering both strategic initiatives and operational excellence. -Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset and commitment to supporting growth. -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. -Self-driven and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. -8 to 10 years of procurement experience in an industrial setting—ideally within process industries, manufacturing, or IT services. -Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proven expertise in negotiating commercial and legal terms, drafting frame agreements and contracts, and navigating Canadian regulatory standards.
