Tasks

-Maintaining spreadsheets and updating data. Run regular standard reports that feed into score cards including graphs, pie charts and RAG status tables -Identification of any Guaranteed Standards of Service failures -Responsible for all statutory and regulatory reporting ensuring all Guaranteed Standard of Service requirements are adhered to -Support the Customer Capital Programme Manager and Senior Third Party Coordinators as required -Assisting in the production of new reports and ad hoc provision of information for one-off requests -Accountability and Ownership of the Planned Shut off process whilst ensuring we meet our wholesale and retail requirements (Non TSA Planned Shut Offs) -Single point of contact for Capital Delivery Customer queries for the wider UU business teams -Administration of Capital Delivery customer contacts, both written and telephone -Work under supervision with responsibility for ensuring the work is reliable and accurate

What You Bring

-Customer focused and at ease when using the telephone / speaking to customers -Full UK Driving Licence -Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems -Understanding of the Customer Measure of Experience and Capital Delivery construction methods -Experience of working in a busy work environment -Good communication skills and strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and spot trends and changes -Understanding of UU Customer Systems including INS -GCSE level Grade C or equivalent in Maths
