Tasks

-Coordination with architects, engineers, clients, and construction teams -Management of project schedules, budgets, and deliverables -Preparation of project documentation, construction drawings, and reports -Structural analysis and design for commercial, industrial, and public structures

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with clients and structural drafters -5+ years of experience in structural analysis and design for buildings -Proficiency with construction document preparation and detailing, report writing and working in excel spreadsheets. -Physically Able / Willingness to travel for site visits and project coordination (5–10% of time) -Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills -Use of structural analysis tools such as Risa, Enercalc, and Mathcad -Engineering in Training (EIT) Required, Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred with structural design experience -MS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis -Proficiency with structural design software such as Risa, Enercalc, and Mathcad
