Support HSE team with admin tasks, data entry, training coordination, PPE, site onboarding.

Tasks

-Play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our projects -Entering tasks, workplace inspections and HSEQ events (incidents, hazard cards etc) into Oneway -Welcoming new starters, providing a site introduction, camp walk arounds and arranging blue key and FOC card access -Preparing site notices, contact cards and KPI reporting displays -Uploading tickets, challenge tests and mobilisation compliance checks -Coordinating training bookings with approved suppliers. -Arranging PPE requirements inline with site safety guidelines

What You Bring

-Related Health & Safety Qualification (desirable) -High level attention to detail -General HSE data entry (updating registers from hard copies IE rigging/ladder register) -Ability to provide support across multiple departments -MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights -Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel etc. -Previous experience in a HSE Administrator or Training Administrator role -Excellent organisational skills
