What You Bring

We’re hiring highly skilled Flux Core and MIG Welders for a project involving industrial water-holding tank fabrication. This is a precision, high-quality welding environment — not general production welding. Step 2: Structural Weld Test (Lab/X-Ray) Step 1: Spot-Check Weld Test -Visual and quality inspection (no X-ray) -Strong understanding of fit-up, prep, heat management, and weld consistency -Bring your own hood and basic tools -Welds are sent out for inspection (approx. 2 weeks turnaround) -Minimum 5 years of experience with Flux Core and MIG in tank fabrication. -Must be able to read welding symbols and blueprints -Experience with Flux Core and MIG in heavy plate, or structural steel strongly preferred -Must pass a spot-check weld test -Experience with pressure vessels or water-holding tanks strongly preferred
