  • Works with P&T team to continuously improve the product quality based on user feedback.

  • Assist in composing technical proposals and benchmarks.

  • Thorough understanding of engineering practices in structural engineering.
  • More than 5 years of experience using STAAD.Pro, STAAD Foundation Advanced, RAM Concept, RAM Connection, or RAM Structural System. Additional experience with competitor software (RISA, SAP, ETABs) is preferred. Experience with SACS a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in engineering industry.
  • Experience in the offshore industry is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented and a creative problem solver.
  • Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate Bentley’s software product line.
  • Familiarity with Indian and international design codes is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill in English as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of RCC and Steel structure analysis and design.
