Tasks

-Research on international designs and trends. -Making specification sheets for placing of orders. -Ensure team bonding among team members. -Preparing formats for the same and responsible for accuracy of all the data put in them. -Share their ideas with the designing team to facilitate the execution of project. -Ensure client satisfaction by taking inputs from client and sharing the developments as per project plan. -Make regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and collection of information. -Design development, planning, making of attractive mood board presentations according to styles selected in the latest software’s. -Responsible for joint coordination with 3D visualizers to help them make 3d models with complete detailed panels explaining each object in the render. -Interact regularly with all involved in project. -Responsible for interaction with service consultants and architecture team while designing and execution of project.

What You Bring

-Should be able to work in a team and share responsibilities among team members. -Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities. -Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects. -Proficiency in various software’s i.e. Auto-CAD, SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop. -Highly developed aesthetic sense in the use of materials, color, form, texture, proportion, composition. Ability to take charge and respectfully direct younger staff at all project stages. -Must have minimum 4 to 13 years of experience. -Degree in Interior Design from a college of repute is a must. (preferably international exposure of internship or working abroad)
